Kind words

From people who have eaten with us

Rated 5 out of 5

I have been buying bolani from this stall every Thursday for two years. It has never once been less than excellent, and she remembers that my son does not want the jalapeño.
Dana W. Lake City regular

Rated 5 out of 5

We fed a hundred and forty people at our walima. The mantu ran out first, which is exactly what I told her would happen and exactly what she told me to order more of. Everything arrived hot, labelled and on time.
Yusuf R. Wedding client

Rated 5 out of 5

We book the office lunch here every month now. Half our team is vegetarian and this is the only caterer who does not treat that as an inconvenience — the veggie trays are as good as the meat ones.
Priya N. Office manager, Northgate

Rated 5 out of 5

We needed food for a funeral at short notice and were treated with enormous kindness. The trays arrived quietly, set up, and she would not let us pay extra for the trouble.
Reza M. Memorial

Rated 5 out of 5

Ordered for eighty guests two days before Eid, which was unfair of me. She said yes anyway and the Kabuli pulao was the best I have had outside Kabul.
Ahmad S. Eid gathering

Rated 5 out of 5

The frozen meals are the reason I stopped ordering takeout on weeknights. Chicken and veggies over the Kabuli rice, twenty minutes, and my kids actually eat it.
Marcy K. Shoreline

Rated 5 out of 5

Forty lola kebab, a bread platter and two trays of shor nakhud for my father's seventieth. He asked me three times where I got the food from.
Tomás L. Birthday party

Rated 5 out of 5

Delivery was on the early side of the window and the driver called ahead. The chutney is dangerous — I now buy four at a time.
Hannah B. Ballard

Rated 4 out of 5

Four stars only because I wish the sugar cookies came in a box of twelve. Everything else is perfect. The bolani reheats better than anything has a right to.
Grace O. Wallingford

Rated 5 out of 5

Ordered the large Kabuli pulao with lamb and the chicken kebab platter for my daughter's graduation. Not a grain of rice left. Already booked for next summer.
Bilal H. Graduation party
