Addresses just outside these zones are quoted at $6.00. If your ZIP code is not listed, ask us — for a big enough order we usually travel.
Pickup
Pickup is free and it is how most people order. Choose a pickup slot at checkout and we will confirm the exact collection point by text. On Thursdays you can collect from our stall at the Lake City Farmers Market.
Delivery
We deliver across North Seattle and, for larger and catering orders, into the wider Seattle metro area. The fee and the minimum order depend on the zone your ZIP code falls into — the checkout works both out for you as soon as you enter your address, before you pay anything.
Deliveries run inside the windows shown on the checkout page. We do not use third-party delivery apps: your food is brought by us, which is why the coverage is deliberately modest and the food arrives in the condition it left the kitchen.
Lead times
- To-go menu: please order at least 24 hours ahead. Everything is cooked to order, so there is nothing sitting under a heat lamp.
- Large trays and platters: 48 hours.
- Catering: at least 3 days, and considerably more for weddings and large events. Ask early — popular weekends fill up.
Frozen items
Frozen patties, uncooked kabob sticks and frozen meals travel in an insulated bag. Get them into your freezer within two hours of collection or delivery, and cook from frozen following the card in the bag.
If something is wrong
Call or email us the same day. If we got your order wrong, we will put it right — remake it, refund it, or both. We would much rather hear about it than not.

Good to know
We deliver in insulated boxes and label every tray, so nothing gets confused at a big table.
Someone needs to be there to take the food. If nobody answers we will call the number on the order and wait ten minutes.
